Currently we have an 8×8 playhouse 13′ high with electrical in it. it has LVP on the first floor, and carpet on the second. The entire structure is hand made, and supports even adults. the loft also has access to a balcony through a window. There is also a secret adult size entrance that is hidden by the siding. This project was completely designed and created by the students. Please email with any interest to agroff@dcts.org. The price is negotiable, but we were hoping to get around $1,500
